CWB Architecture is excited to announce the approval for the addition and alteration of the Black Whale Bar & Fish House by the Borough of Beach Haven Land Use Board. The expansion of the restaurant includes a new dining area on the first floor, and addition of second floor dining room with a deck overlooking Pennsylvania Avenue. The restaurant will also include 4 additional restrooms and a larger kitchen area. The new addition will provide the space required for larger groups and private parties. The exterior will blend the existing Black Whale buildings features, with new metal roofing and glass railings. This project will be starting construction this spring.
