I’m certainly delinquent but better late than never. Beth and I are very happy with our house and would like to thank you for a great design. The layout has worked extremely well and our views are terrific. On a clear day you can even see the top of Barnegat Lighthouse with binoculars during the day. We still have some moving to do before we start living in it full time but we’ve got a house in Shamong to prep and then sell. You’ll have to stop over and take a look to see the finished product.
Thank you for the work that you did in designing the house that we built on Long Beach Island. We really are enjoying the house and find it to be very comfortable. We appreciate the time that you spent with us and for listening to what we wanted in a house and transforming those ideas into a design that exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed working with you as you made the process much easier than we expected. We also want to thank you for recommending that Erik Johnson be added to our list of contractors that bid on constructing the house. We awarded the bid to Erik and he also was a pleasure to work with and had very good input into the interior and exterior details during the construction. We really feel that we have a very well constructed house that was finished within the timeline he originally agreed to. Erik has proved to be one of the most professional and trustworthy contractors that we have had dealings with.

His bid was quite reasonable and we were impressed by his houses. We know that building a house is not easy with anyone but hopefully using our new neighbor will make the process more enjoyable. We received your very nice letter & wanted to let you know that the house is all but finished & we begin the furnishing process this weekend.
It is adorable and we are not the sole judges of this. Everyone who sees it is impressed with the spaciousness & easy flow of the floorplan. The quality with which it has been built is obvious and working with Jeff Seddon has been a pleasure. We will be around this weekend & then again next Tuesday, the 24th. I am happy to report that the renovation on my home has been completed and I could not be happier with the outcome. I am enclosing a picture of the final product. You may notice there are a few changes to your original plans as I had to work hard to stay in line with the budget, but I actually think it turned out better than I even expected.
I would like to thank you for the recommendation of Bill Brower as a builder for my project. Bill was a pleasure to work with as he is a man of his word and especially with me, his client. He lives by the motto, “The customer is always right.” He answered every phone call, showed up for every appointment on time, and did everything he said he would do. The best news is the deadline was not only met, but was met in less time than I expected.

I just wanted to let you know that we took occupancy of the house last weekend. To say that we are thrilled would be the understatement of the month. The design that you developed is outstanding. The outside looks beautiful, with pretty lines that are not too busy. Inside, the amount of natural light is amazing. We almost don’t need to turn on any lights. You were able to put all of the things that we wanted into a relatively small space, without it feeling tight or cramped. The 9ft ceilings and cathedral ceilings give a sense of roominess that really works for us. And, between the deck and the porch, we may never need to go to the beach!
