I am writing to you representing that Session of the Church to thank you for all of the countless hours you have expended in our many renovation projects. I know that you are aware of what your expertise means to the organization, but the Session did not want it to appear that we just accept what you do without offering our appreciation.
You and your family are an important part of our church body and everybody knows how critical your time and your skills are to the continual updating of our physical plant.
We all hope that you and your family have a great summer. The Fall will be exciting, as I am certain that you will be visiting Georgia often.
I am happy to report that the renovation on my home has been completed and I could not be happier with the outcome. I am enclosing a picture of the final product. You may notice there are a few changes to your original plans as I had to work hard to stay in line with the budget, but I actually think it turned out better than I even expected.
I would like to thank you for the recommendation of Bill Brower as a builder for my project. Bill was a pleasure to work with as he is a man of his word and especially with me, his client. He lives by the motto, “The customer is always right.” He answered every phone call, showed up for every appointment on time, and did everything he said he would do. The best news is the deadline was not only met, but was met in less time than I expected.

I just wanted to let you know that we took occupancy of the house last weekend. To say that we are thrilled would be the understatement of the month. The design that you developed is outstanding. The outside looks beautiful, with pretty lines that are not too busy. Inside, the amount of natural light is amazing. We almost don’t need to turn on any lights. You were able to put all of the things that we wanted into a relatively small space, without it feeling tight or cramped. The 9ft ceilings and cathedral ceilings give a sense of roominess that really works for us. And, between the deck and the porch, we may never need to go to the beach!
I wanted to let you know that your hard work and creativity are greatly appreciated.
I approved the construction documents with Anthony a few minutes ago. I wanted to tell you I am thrilled with the end result. Working with Anthony and yourself was painless and efficient.

We have just recently settled into our new home at 4 East Kentucky Avenue in Long Beach Island and just want to thank you for making our dream a reality. You patiently listened to our ideas and wishes and, using your professional expertise, incorporated them into a house that we truly love and exceeds all of our expectations.

As our project draws to completion, and we reflect on our journey this past year, we can’t imagine how different the outcome might have been if we had not been referred by friends to find you. Your expertise, guidance, and communication skills made this project so much easier than it might have been. Ken and I both feel that you listened to us, which was so critical in bringing our vision to reality. We couldn’t have ever imagined how great our house could be when we started this renovation.
Many of our neighbors shared their nightmare construction stories, so that we, as you know, were very hesitant to take on this project. We are just so pleased that it appears we have come to the end unscathed. Although our inexperience caused us to panic a few times, your experience and your office staff helped to guide us through those tough hurdles.

Just a quick note to tell you how thrilled we are with your project #0413/our “dream house” =). We slept here last night – barely slept because of the excitement. The house is even more fabulous and perfect than we imagined and hoped it would be.
