Thank you for the work that you did in designing the house that we built on Long Beach Island. We really are enjoying the house and find it to be very comfortable. We appreciate the time that you spent with us and for listening to what we wanted in a house and transforming those ideas into a design that exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed working with you as you made the process much easier than we expected. We also want to thank you for recommending that Erik Johnson be added to our list of contractors that bid on constructing the house. We awarded the bid to Erik and he also was a pleasure to work with and had very good input into the interior and exterior details during the construction. We really feel that we have a very well constructed house that was finished within the timeline he originally agreed to. Erik has proved to be one of the most professional and trustworthy contractors that we have had dealings with.
We received your very nice letter & wanted to let you know that the house is all but finished & we begin the furnishing process this weekend.
It is adorable and we are not the sole judges of this. Everyone who sees it is impressed with the spaciousness & easy flow of the floorplan. The quality with which it has been built is obvious and working with Jeff Seddon has been a pleasure. We will be around this weekend & then again next Tuesday, the 24th. If you would have the time to stop by and see your finished product, please do. Of course you are welcome anytime as I am sure Jeff can unlock the door for you.

As our project draws to completion, and we reflect on our journey this past year, we can’t imagine how different the outcome might have been if we had not been referred by friends to find you. Your expertise, guidance, and communication skills made this project so much easier than it might have been. Ken and I both feel that you listened to us, which was so critical in bringing our vision to reality. We couldn’t have ever imagined how great our house could be when we started this renovation.
Many of our neighbors shared their nightmare construction stories, so that we, as you know, were very hesitant to take on this project. We are just so pleased that it appears we have come to the end unscathed. Although our inexperience caused us to panic a few times, your experience and your office staff helped to guide us through those tough hurdles.
