CWB Architecture is working on the design of a new hotel and restaurant in Beach Haven at the site of Morrison’s Marina. This bay front restaurant, marina, and one-hundred plus room hotel will be a beautiful coastal design that the firm is known for, as with Hotel LBI. The restaurant will include a roof deck, covered deck seating, and an interior space for dining with a view. The hotel will consist of three levels of rooms, with parking below. This project is currently in the process of obtaining final approval from the town.
