Hotel LBI

CWB Architecture is proud to announce the approval of the new Hotel LBI by the Ship Bottom Land Use Board. The project will include 105 upscale hotel rooms, a banquet hall, dining areas, an indoor pool and a roof top social area with views of the bay. This spectacular project is expected to begin construction by the fall of 2018, according to the Owner, Chris Vernon. Chris is also the Owner of the Mallard Island Yacht Club and Bonnet Island, two projects also designed by CWB Architecture. We are pleased to have been a part of this project as the design Architect in conjunction with Deaver Architects, who will be completing the construction documents.
