We have just recently settled into our new home at 4 East Kentucky Avenue in Long Beach Island and just want to thank you for making our dream a reality. You patiently listened to our ideas and wishes and, using your professional expertise, incorporated them into a house that we truly love and exceeds all of our expectations.

We received your very nice letter & wanted to let you know that the house is all but finished & we begin the furnishing process this weekend.
It is adorable and we are not the sole judges of this. Everyone who sees it is impressed with the spaciousness & easy flow of the floorplan. The quality with which it has been built is obvious and working with Jeff Seddon has been a pleasure. We will be around this weekend & then again next Tuesday, the 24th. If you would have the time to stop by and see your finished product, please do. Of course you are welcome anytime as I am sure Jeff can unlock the door for you.

I just wanted to say thank you for all of the work you and your staff put into the drawings and getting the bids. Everything went so smoothly.
I did email Patty that we chose Jim. If there is something else we need to do let me know. We have told him as we see him quite often. His bid was quite reasonable and we were impressed by his houses. We know that building a house is not easy with anyone but hopefully using our new neighbor will make the process more enjoyable. I just wanted to let you know that we took occupancy of the house last weekend. To say that we are thrilled would be the understatement of the month. The design that you developed is outstanding. The outside looks beautiful, with pretty lines that are not too busy. Inside, the amount of natural light is amazing. We almost don’t need to turn on any lights. You were able to put all of the things that we wanted into a relatively small space, without it feeling tight or cramped. The 9ft ceilings and cathedral ceilings give a sense of roominess that really works for us. And, between the deck and the porch, we may never need to go to the beach!
